Conference Registration 2023

Each individual coming to the conference should complete a separate registration. There is the ability to add a guest to your registration if a spouse does not have an email address.

If you have a family member who is not attending the conference but would like to join you at the Sunday banquet you can add an additional meal during your registration.

Payment can be made by credit card or check. If you wish to pay by check select the "Invoice Me" option at the end of the registration process.

You can cancel your registration yourself. Log into the website (top right of the page) and then you will see an "Already registered" link below the "Register" button.  Click on this link and you will have a cancel option.

Pre-registration closes on Feb 20th. After that you will need to register at the conference. In person registration will have limited field trip opportunities.

Refund policy: Requests to refund conference fees will be considered if received by ARARA by February 14, 2023. A $15 processing fee will be retained unless you have evidence of a positive Covid test or other medical issue. Refund requests will be processed after the meeting. Situated within the ancestral lands of the Sobaipuri, Tohono O’Odham, and Pascua Yaqui, Tucson began as a Spanish presidio built in 1775. With nearly a million residents, Tucson is Arizona’s second largest city. The city’s history has deep roots as a small settlement supported by irrigation-based maize agriculture dating back more than 4000 years ago. By car, Tucson is two hours from Phoenix, five from El Paso, six from San Diego, and seven from Albuquerque. Seven airlines serve the Tucson International Airport

ARARA supports students, and is offering special assistance to those attending the conference.  Contact our Education committee for further information.
