Conference Registration 2023
Each individual coming to the conference should complete a separate registration. There is the ability to add a guest to your registration if a spouse does not have an email address.
If you have a family member who is not attending the conference but would like to join you at the Sunday banquet you can add an additional meal during your registration.
Payment can be made by credit card or check. If you wish to pay by check select the "Invoice Me" option at the end of the registration process.
You can cancel your registration yourself. Log into the website (top right of the page) and then you will see an "Already registered" link below the "Register" button. Click on this link and you will have a cancel option.
Pre-registration closes on Feb 20th. After that you will need to register at the conference. In person registration will have limited field trip opportunities.
Refund policy: Requests to refund conference fees will be considered if received by ARARA by February 14, 2023. A $15 processing fee will be retained unless you have evidence of a positive Covid test or other medical issue. Refund requests will be processed after the meeting. Requests for a refund should be sent to our treasurer.
