2019 Conference Registration
The ARARA Conference
Our conference is for anyone. If you enjoy rock art you should really come! Great speakers, fun people, wonderful field trips, dinner, auctions, early morning meetings, late night soirees. We have it all!
Each individual coming to the conference should complete a separate registration. There is the ability to add a guest to your registration if a spouse does not have an email address.
If you have a family member who is not attending the conference but would like to join you at the Sunday banquet you can add an additional meal during your registration.
Payment can be made by credit card or check. If you wish to pay by check select the "Invoice Me" option at the end of the registration process.
You can cancel your registration yourself. Log into the website (top right of the page) and then you will see an "Already registered" link below the "Register" button. Click on this link and you will have a cancel option.
Pre-registration closes on May 31st. After that you will need to register at the conference. There will be an additional fee of $10 for on-site registration and you will not be able to attend field trips.
One day registration: You may register on-site for either Saturday or Sunday presentations for a $50 fee. No field trips will be included. On campus accommodations and meal package will not be included.
Refund policy: Requests to refund conference fees will be considered if received by ARARA by May 24, 2019. A $15 processing fee will be retained. Refund requests will be processed after the meeting.
