Renew Your Membership

Who Can Renew?

If you were a 2017 member of ARARA you can use the renew option to renew your membership to 2018.

If you were a member prior to 2017, but not in 2017 you cannot use the renew process. Moving all of the membership data over was a HUGE task and we didn't move prior year records. Please use the Join option. We'd love to have you back with us.

To Renew Your Membership:

If you are one of those people who doesn't like to read instructions just click on this link otherwise read on: 

  1. If you are not logged into the site (you can't see your name in the top right corner), click on the Log In button at the top of the ARARA website page and log into the website with your email and password
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the webpage

  3. Your renewal due date is shown under your Membership details. Click the "Renew to..." button to renew your membership to the date shown in the button.

  4. You will arrive at a Membership Renewal screen where your personal information is shown. Make sure all of your information is correct. If not, update it and hit the "Update and next" button.
  5. You can pay by credit card (Online option) or by check (using the Invoice Me option).

If you are paying by check simply send ARARA your check. The rest of the instructions assume that you are not paying by check.

If you pay by credit card, PayPal (our processor) would really like you to become a PayPal member. This is not necessary. If you have a PayPal account and want to use it complete the "1" section in the picture below. However, some of our members are having problems with payments from their PayPal account. If you simply want to use your credit card click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button in the "2" section near the bottom of the screen.

Once you hit the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button you will see the following screen. This picture is reduced in size, you may have to scroll down to see everything.


Enter your information and hit the "Pay Now" button. You will get a payment successful message from PayPal which doesn't stay on the screen for very long. You will now revert back to the ARARA website which will tell  you your payment was successful and you will get follow up emails from PayPal and from ARARA.
