Our process for setting up a Family membership (within the Donor or Family categories) is a bit odd.
Start
by entering the first person's membership. That person now "owns" the
family membership.
Add other family members by clicking on your name (when you are logged in) on the top right
of the screen.
Scroll down to the bundle summary section and
click the "add a member" button. Family members must have a
unique email address and need to live at the same address.
Do not create a membership with "Mr and Mrs Smith" in the membership name. This will cause problems when you want to register for events.
ARARA membership is on a calendar year cycle ending December 31. So, if you join on Dec 29 you will receive AIRA for the year, but will have to renew your membership in a couple of days.
You
can pay by check (select the Invoice Me option) or by credit card. All
credit card transactions are done outside of our website through an independent processor
and are secure. ARARA doesn't retain credit card information in our
website.
All
member accounts receive the American Indian Rock Art publication, a
quarterly
newsletter, and the opportunity to hang out with people who share a common
interest. Note
that family and donor memberships with more than one member will only
receive one American Indian Rock Art publication and one hard copy of the
newsletter.
Due to the increasing cost of postage for foreign distribution of AIRA international members will receive a digital (PDF) copy of the publication.
