Barbara am Ende will chair the Vendor Room for the ARARA Conference in Great Falls, June 26-29, 2026. Deadline for vendor applications is May 26. The Vendor Room will be open—to ARARA Conference attendees only on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, 2026. 

All interested artists/craftsmen/producers must submit an application for the sale.  To maintain a high quality and diversified Vendor Room, we are asking interested vendors to submit a good description of the material to be offered along with a portfolio of slides, clear photographs, product brochures, or other supporting information. Examples of acceptable items could include: original artwork to include painting, pottery, jewelry, or fabric art. Pre-approval is waived if you were accepted as a vendor for one or more of the past four ARARA Conferences. As always, submissions must never include artifacts of any kind. Early consultation with Barbara prior to the deadline will be advantageous for determining if your materials will be accepted. 

To exhibit or sell, you need to be an ARARA member and complete the Vendor Registration at the bottom of this page. A payment of $50 will be required and will be refunded if you are not accepted as a vendor. In addition, to help defray the costs of providing vendor space, vendors are required to donate the higher of $50 or 10% of gross sales.

The vendor room will be in a separate, lockable room across the hall from the main conference room. Each vendor will be provided a table 8 feet in length covered with a Holiday Inn green cloth, and two chairs. Electric outlets, and Wi-Fi will be available. 

Vendor applications must be submitted by May 26, 2026, to allow time for the jury process and enable us to plan vendor exhibit space. Vendors will be notified by June 2, 2026 of their acceptance or rejection. Rejected applicants’ deposit will be returned. Late requests will be considered only if space allows.
